An anonymous alert that you’ve messaged Lynn Martin (but no name and no message content) is routed to Lynn Martin's email address. This “alert” is not encrypted under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). However, it does not contain any personal information.
By submitting the contact form, you acknowledge that this communication does not create a provider-patient relationship between you and Lynn Martin.
4. Scheduling
The "Schedule a Free 20-Minute Consultation" and "Client Portal" buttons on this Site direct you to Simple Practice, a HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)-compliant scheduling and client portal platform. Messages sent through the SimplePractice client portal are handled within this HIPAA-compliant platform. Any information you submit through SimplePractice is governed by SimplePractice's own Privacy Policy and is handled in accordance with HIPAA requirements. Privacy issues pertaining to psychotherapy sessions will be discussed with you at your initial session with Lynn Martin and in your treatment agreement.
